Big River Toyota makes you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door, regardless of which department you are there for. Our Salesman always greets us whenever we are there for a service and inquires how our satisfaction for the vehicle is. Also Services are always carried out in a timeley fashion and 'loan car' is offered so that i can run any errands that i might have. I am also kept fully informed of any work that has been done in a service and advised if any further repairs are needed before the work is done.
